Participants

The participants in the conference will be categorized as follows:

  • Regular Papers from Researchers/Academicians/Industry Experts/Students (Up to 6 pages maximum and 2 additional pages are allowed with an extra charge of USD $30 per page).
  • Papers in Absentia: Participants who cannot physically attend the conference but registered.

Submission Guidelines

Below are the submission guidelines to be followed for paper submission.

Paper Categories

Research Papers: Original research papers (unpublished in other journals or conferences). The research papers should include a clear objective stated in the abstract.

Case Studies: Technical or business cases matching the scope of the conference. The case study should include the overall context of the case, issues, facts, data, figures, comments, evidence, and related analysis.

Projects: Student projects with a strong technical component. The submission should include an abstract, keywords, scope, conceptual description, unique project features, and the benefits to the business community, society, and technical community. It should also outline the implementation approach/methodology, required resources, and annexures for technical explanations.

Thesis/Dissertation: PhD theses that are about to be submitted or have been submitted but not yet accepted or published elsewhere. Presentations should include the thesis title, objectives, description, process flow, relevance, and reference analysis.

Plagiarism policy

  • As the conference is in the process of obtaining IEEE technical sponsorship, the submitted papers must comply with IEEE's plagiarism policy and procedures. 
  • Plagiarism must not be more than 15% in the paper, and a single source should be less than 5%. 
  • Any plagiarized text must not be a significant contribution part of the paper. 
  • Papers submitted to IC-ABET-2026 must not have been published elsewhere and must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere while under consideration for this conference. 
  • The Technical Program Committee will look for all ethical standards in all possible ways; further author will be responsible for any plagiarism claims.
  •  After the paper recommendation to IEEE Xplore or a journal, the submission must comply with IEEE Xplore and the journal’s ethical and publication policies.

 

 

Paper Format

Papers should include the author’s name, contact number, e-mail address, and affiliations.
